The new dates and locations are listed below and can also be found on our official monthly calendar, available on our homepage.
Mondays: Clinic Closed
Tuesdays: Library Partnership
Wednesdays: Downtown Library
Thursdays: TB McPherson
Fridays: Grace Marketplace
Please note that the Mobile Outreach Clinic Office will still be open and operational on Mondays and Care Coordination will continue throughout the week! Please feel free to give us a call at 352-273-5329 if you would like to reach our office!
