On Monday November 4, the Mobile Outreach Clinic bus was in an unfortunate accident. The bus needs to be evaluated to determine if it can be repaired. In order to continue to provide the services our patients have come to rely on, we have reached out to some of our partners in the community, and they have responded by providing us space to continue to serve you.
Starting Thursday November 7, we will begin providing clinical services from these new locations. Please see the linked notice flyer.
