At this time, MOC will remain open in light of COVID-19. However, with the concern of our patients and staff, please stay home in isolation if you are experiencing any symptoms (including cough, sneeze, shortness of breath, runny nose, or fever).
Additionally, please call us at (352) 273-5329 to set up an appointment before coming in to clinic. We will also only be able to see Spanish-speaking patients Tuesday-Thursday.
We want to remind the community that the best way to stay healthy is through proper hand washing with soap and water or by using alcohol-based sanitizers with at least 60% alcohol. Please remember to cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue that should be thrown away after use, followed by hand washing. We are changing the way our clinic runs in order to protect our patients and staff from possible infection from the flu virus, including the coronavirus (COVID-19).
We will have limited staff at clinic, which means we may only be able to see a few people each day. Please call (352) 273-5329 (use option 1 or 2) and speak to our nurse who may be able to help you without you needing to be seen in person.

The CDC and our local health department have asked everyone in our community to avoid gathering in groups as much as possible.
All patients of the Mobile Outreach Clinic will be asked to wait in their vehicles or other outdoor waiting area until they are called into the exam room. Only 1 family member/friend will be allowed to go with the patient into the exam room.
Provide us with your number and we will call/text you when it is time for you to come in for your exam.
