MOC’s Annual Grassroots Gala
This annual event celebrates individuals and/or groups who have made a significant commitment to providing support to our community in a manner that improves the ways and spaces where we live, work, learn and play.
It is even more important that we celebrate these everyday heroes that have continued their acts of selfless service, despite the challenges that were created by the pandemic.
On the evening of the main event, we will get the opportunity to hear more from these guests and their work. The evening will include speeches from the honored community heroes and culminate with the announcement of the latest recipient of the Ginny Bruzzese Service Award. We will also provide opportunities to mix and mingle in small groups, and share some of the highlights of MOC’s past, present, and our future. If you would like to nominate someone to be honored during the event, please visit our website and review our Nominations page.
There are so many positive anecdotes to share from this past year! During the week of November 16-20, we will post stories, videos and audio clips that highlight the work we have accomplished over the past year. Look for them on our website and on Facebook.
Please help us continue to show up for another year!
We invite you to show your support by submitting your comments, donating needed clinic supplies or contributing monetarily.
Last year, the price of a gala ticket was $125. This year, having in-person formal gala will not be possible. But we plan on taking time to get together and celebrate this years’ with you. You can contribute your ticket price (or a different amount) through our Event Brite site using the ‘Ticket’ button. Thank you for all your support for the past 10 Years! We look forward to having you join us for our virtual celebration on November 20!
Access to the virtual event will be provided to all those that make a donation using the ‘Ticket’ button on this site. There are no set donation amounts. (There is a limited amount of links available)
We look forward to celebrating with you all again!
