Mobile Outreach Clinic (MOC) eliminates traditional barriers to care, such as transportation and distance to medical facilities. The clinic’s work prioritizes low-barrier, community-centered access, focusing on improving the health of the community. Pop-up events are not our main focus, as we dedicate the majority of our labor to regular locations for the sake of reliability and access for our patients but occasionally we may be able to participate in other community events. To request MOC, please return the following information to us at least 3 months prior to your event. Upon receipt of your request, someone will contact you within 10 business days to discuss your event and let you know if Mobile Outreach Clinic is available. We cannot guarantee availability for all requests.
